fantastic stay near metro lines
helpful staff luggage storage elevator access
I found the staff very helpful and friendly. the hotel offered luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out which was super convenient. the safety measures, like cameras in main areas. i liked that the hotel had an elevator. This made transporting luggage much easier.
My room was quite small, and it was hard to fully open my large suitcase. space was tight. It could be more comfortable with better space management.

The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. The rooms featured air conditioning, a safety box, and GREAT lighting. I liked how close the hotel IS to three metro lines. Late check-in WAS available, I learned, for an extra fee.
I think that the walls are pretty thin. I heard every sound from adjacent rooms.

the location is central. all major city landmarks were easily reachable. the surrounding neighborhood has excellent restaurants. the staff were always polite.
the room was small. i could not fully open my suitcase. the bathroom was super tiny. the room smelled of humidity.

superb location helpful staff luggage storage complimentary water
The hotel's location was superb. It allowed very easy access to nearby attractions, including a fantastic bakery just around the corner. the staff were always available and quite helpful, especially the night staff. i found it convenient that i could store luggage with the staff, giving me extra time to explore after checking out. complimentary water in the room was a welcome touch, particularly given the weather.
The room felt quite small, especially with luggage. I believe it is better suited for solo travelers.
