THE room i had WAS so small. there was no door TO the toilet. This made things awkward. I really HATED that.

The location was excellent and made it easy to navigate the area via the nearby metro. I found the room to be very clean and well kept each day.
I found navigating the spiral staircase with luggage a bit challenging.

The hotel team was super responsive over whatsapp. They kept me posted before and during my trip. the location is really good. there are many dining options around. i not sketchy at all at night. the luggage storage option is fantastic, and the reliable wifi is a great perk!
The walls are definitely not soundproof. i could hear every sound from the family next door. the toilet has no door. That's an absolute no-go

The location proved perfect it offered a quiet street close to shops and the metro. I particularly appreciated the ability to store luggage after checkout in the safe lockers downstairs i found this very convenient. The digital codes for entry made access easy and straightforward no keys to worry about. The hotel provided a tea and coffee station in the basement this was a lovely addition.

i found the location quite convenient with easy access to the metro it made getting around easy. the room was clean and efficient for my short stay i liked that extra luggage storage was an option downstairs.
the check-in process was confusing as it was entirely electronic even during suggested hours i would have preferred some live staff interaction to help with the initial arrival it felt impersonal.
