metro stop convenient location
the location is convenient, close to a metro stop. it was possible to walk to both chatlet les halles and gare d est. complimentary croissants plus coffee and juice started mornings well
the paint was falling off the ceiling in the lobby

central location, a great experience
perfect location metro lines great lounge comfortable beds
the location is perfect it is very close to several metro lines. i found a supermarket very close to the hotel. the communal lounge was excellent. the beds and pillows were very comfortable after a long day.
the elevator is small only one person can fit at a time.

the hotel provides tea and coffee facilities ' convenience. a seating area on the ground floor offers a space for relaxation or casual meetings. a coffee machine is available all day .

the staff members were very helpful . they speak english fluently and are always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. the reception staff provided quick check-in services.

Mixed feelings about my stay
small room broken air conditioning
The location was good, with easy access to public transport.
The room was quite small. The air conditioning did not work properly. I was told it was on a timer, but it never turned on at all (a very unpleasant surprise). I could hear noise from a nearby bar across the street through the walls.
