the location is really convenient. public transportation is easy to get to. the staff were helpful and brought tasty pastries each morning. i found a good size in my room.
the curtains let a lot of light come through at night. i found the pillows rather uncomfortable. the safe was not secured so i didn't used it.

The location was great near metro stops. It made exploring easy. The staff were readily available and helpful. They assisted even during an emergency situation we faced. The room was generally clean.
The walls seemed thin, I could hear noises from the hallway occasionally.

the location was excellent , placing me near metro stations. it was easy to reach many attractions from there. the staff was helpful and attentive to every need. i had a very positive experience with their dedication. i also appreciated the cozy atmosphere and attention to detail throughout.
the room decor felt a little outdated , but it was functional.

Not the Worst, but Room for Improvement
limited varietynon-working lights
My stay wasn't a total disaster, but a few things could be better. The breakfast was somewhat limited in variety. I think they could add more options. the room was a bit worn and could use a fresh coat of paint. Non-working lights should be fixed, too. I also noticed some strange noises from what seemed like the plumbing system at times.

the hotel offered a complimentary pastry each morning (a very nice touch). the room had a tv, as well as coffee and sugar. its location near a theatre was definitely a plus.
the room felt quite dated. i found it difficult to sleep well due to the room's high temperature and a non-functional thermostat. i ended up opening the window to cool the room.
