the staff at the front desk were very helpful, and the neighborhood felt secure. i stayed only one night and it was perfect for my needs. the hotel's proximity to the train station and metro stop made it easy to navigate the city. i appreciated the 24-hour reception and the luggage storage option.
the room looked a bit worn, and the bed was narrower than i'm used to, made for a less restful sleep.

I appreciated that the front desk operated 24/7. The staff was helpful and always available. The location was excellent as it was close to the central station and a metro line.
My room seemed a bit dark as there was not a lot of light. The door didn't seem to close properly. I could hear TV sounds and voices from other guests so the sound isolation wasn't great.

the hotel is near the central station and a metro stop is nearby it allows easy access to the duomo the hotel provides a clean and basic environment the staff was helpful i found several restaurants and cafes just minutes away from the hotel
sound isolation was not good i could hear noises from other guests and televisions in the adjacent rooms it impacted my ability to rest comfortably at night
