The location is very convenient, close to both the train station and the city center. The staff was helpful. They provided useful recommendations for local dining. The accommodations were clean, and I found the communal area very useful with its available tea and coffee. My room had a comfortable bed and a very good, hot shower.
The noise isolation was not perfect, and I could sometimes hear sounds from adjacent rooms early in the morning.

a strong smell of dampness was present in the room traces of moisture could be seen on the walls. the bathroom felt small so i had to sit sideways on the toilet. bad sound insulation meant i could hear hallway noises.

the staff were helpful and friendly. the location had quick and easy access to all the best attractions! my room was cute and cosy and it had lovely toiletries.
I found the room was a little bare. the shower cubicle was archaic. It had a plastic shower curtain and a very small shower area. the reception room was okay, though it had no milk or sugar available. Only instant coffee and black teabags were there.
