acceptable staffpoor soundproofingout of service elevator
the staff was acceptable.
the soundproofing was not good. i heard noises from other rooms and the hallway. this made it difficult for me to rest properly, especially at night. the elevator was out of service. it was annoying to carry my luggage up the stairs after a long day of travel.

The breakfast was quite basic. I expected a bit more variety. also, the lift was out of service , which wasn't ideal since i was on the third floor. it made carrying my luggage up and down rather difficult.
