The location was central to many attractions and made sightseeing convenient

The noise from the street below was very loud I could hear everything as if the windows were open. Also the fridge did not cool properly even after a technician attempted a repair I ultimately had to change hotels because of these issues

The room, a so-called Double Room, looked more like a broom closet. Street noise kept me awake all night. Earplugs are a must unless you enjoy serenades from garbage trucks and chatty pedestrians. I found the lack of soundproofing annoying. At least I didn't expect to pay extra for decent sleep.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They gave me useful information when I arrived. I really enjoy the breakfast too. There is real orange juice. I found this pleasing.

My room got warm at night. The AC didn't work right. I talked to the reception several times. They said the temperature would change, but it didn't.
