communal area water cooler convenient taxi
I really enjoyed the communal eating area. It included a microwave. a water cooler offered both hot and cold options. the taxi rank nearby made getting around the city super easy.
i noticed a very slight cigarette odor occasionally near the lift.

quiet street helpful staff coat retrieval
i found the location great. it sits on a small quiet street, very near la ramba and the metro is close too. the staff, when i left my coat, were so understanding. i asked if a friend could pick it up, and even though i was already out of spain, they agreed at once.

The location was central. It was easy to get around. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The 24-hour reception was convenient, and leaving the key at the desk worked well.

The front desk operates 24 hours, PROVIDING continuous assistance. The staff members offer helpful directions. They also give instructions for airport transport. Leaving the key at reception is a simple process.

The rooms include towels and basic amenities. There is an elevator to upper floors. The rooms are clean and well kept. the furniture is old and damaged in places. Rooms have balconies.

daily room service rambla street
the location is near the rambla street. little supermarkets are close by. the room service is daily, and that's valuable.
There were just some wall hooks for clothes. I missed having a chair.

friendly staff great location
i found the staff to be very friendly. the location is amazing and very close to clubs and great food. i also appreciated that luggages can be kept there after checkout for free.
the bathroom sink had some cracks

perfect location 24hr reception
The reception operates 24 hours. I could store luggage after checking out. I left on an overnight ferry and found this convenient. The location provides perfect proximity to ferries and beaches.
There was a shortage of available power outlets in the room.

skirting board hole unbearable noise
my room was small. it felt quite dated too. the noise was unbearable because i was near the reception. they gave me earplugs, but those did nothing to block the noise out. i also found a hole in the floor skirting board.
