the location is pretty good. it is near many attractions and the metro is close. staff are friendly and helpful to all visitors. i was happy with service overall and someone always worked at reception.
my room felt very small and some things seemed poor quality. the towel rack was coming off the wall. a curtain was loose from the hooks, this was quite bad.

I found the staff very kind. The room was very comfy and tidy, a welcome sight after my travels. The location is excellent and very central, enabling easy access on foot to many tourist attractions. I must commend the hotel for such a well-kept space.
The room was a bit small. I didn't expect so little space to move around. Still, it suited my needs for a short stay.

I found the reception staff were very helpful, especially with directions. the restaurant next door provides a convenient option for meals. I received a discount there as a hotel guest. the central location made sightseeing very easy, i could walk to many attractions.
the room i had faced another building, so there wasn't a nice view.

the location was acceptable, near many bars and restaurants.
the room i had did not match the photos online (it felt misleading). the window faced another building, so it was dark. there were no ironing facilities at all (i needed them for a business meeting).
