The staff provided helpful assistance from my arrival. My room had a clean and large bathroom with a shower. I appreciated the baby cot they provided, fulfilling my request upon arrival.
The noise insulation was insufficient. I could clearly hear conversations from adjacent rooms. The air conditioning did not function in the room. I had to contact reception multiple times due to loud guests during the night.

the hotel gym included updated equipment. i found the rooftop pool to be a great plus. the staff was helpful with directions and suggestions, made exploring the area easier.
the location required taxi service sometimes because it was on a very hilly part.

The staff was super friendly! i arrived a bit early. They held my luggage while my room was prepared. its location is ideal for getting to public transport and sightseeing. the hotel pool area and communal spaces were really lovely and clean.
The walls are kinda thin. Noise travels easily!

Location was good with the metro and bus station nearby. park guell was a short walk. i liked that we had cleaning service every day, the room was very clean. breakfast was amazing. I recommend it.
the staff at reception were not particularly helpful and seemed impatient. they gave us what we think was the wrong room on purpose. we felt as though the reception staff was dishonest.

An Okay Stay. Some Issues Present
dishonest staffcramped room
The reception staff was not particularly helpful. I believe they gave me the wrong room on purpose. They told me I had an 'upgrade' from my standard double room to a 'premium room', but it was a cramped family room with four single beds. I went back down to be moved. They knew exactly what they'd done. I received a different room, but it was the exact room I booked in the first place.
