the check-in process was swift. the room was spotlessly clean, it also provided a haven of tranquility. i found the bed particularly comfortable, perfect after a long journey.

i found that the shuttle service requires advance reservation, this limited my flexibility on departure.

amazing airport stay!

efficient service clean room good selection

the staff provided efficient service and were very helpful. the rooms were clean. the complimentary breakfast offered a good selection of items. i found the proximity to the airport very convenient.

i found the water pressure in the shower to be somewhat low. this did impact the overall experience in a small way.

Clean Rooms and Great Staff!!!

Our room was very clean. The beds felt better than at home, and everything was modern. The staff were very friendly and always helpful.

The pool was closed . It was a bit disappointing. we could not control the thermostat in the room. It would be much better to adjust the temperature ourselves.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any questions. I found universal cellphone outlets available in the room, very convenient. The modern bathroom included a big shower. The hotel offers a shuttle service for quick access to the airport.

The gym could benefit from updated equipment. There was a slight delay at check-in.

some disappointments

faulty air conditioning slow wi-fi

the air conditioning was not working properly! the room was too warm, even though i tried to adjust the settings. it made sleeping difficult and uncomfortable. also, the breakfast was not as good as i expected. there was a limited selection, and the food quality was just ok. it was quite disappointing after a tiring day, and the wi-fi was slow.

the front desk staff seemed helpful. they were patient as i asked questions. the room included ample power charging points.

the advertisement of an airport shuttle for five euros requires reservation and was fully booked when i arrived.
