I found the staff helpful. They showed me where the main attractions were. i even got a room upgrade, i was really happy! the room was big and clean. The bathroom was modern, a major plus. the location worked for me. It was quiet and not too far from markets and shops.
the room felt somewhat humid because the shower was right in the room. i needed to keep the extractor fan running all day because of this. it was a bit annoying.

the location was not great. the streets nearby felt unsafe at night , there were homeless people and the area smelled like urine. the noise from the street was also very loud because the windows did not block much sound.

This hotel is very cute , and I found the staff super friendly and helpful. The room contained everything I needed for a comfortable stay, like comfy beds. I also enjoyed unlimited coffee and filtered water. The breakfast was a good value at €12 per person.
I found that the street where the hotel is located had a questionable smell.
