the location was pretty good as it was near the tube station.
The room i booked, a 'comfort double or twin room', turned out rather small. There wasn't enough space. also the noise isolation was non-existent. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms like the walls were paper.

I found the staff consistently helpful and ready to assist with any questions. The water pressure in the shower was strong. Hot water was available whenever i needed it. Breakfast offered a good selection. The on-site chef prepared excellent handmade sandwiches. The location was amazing. It is perfect if you want to be in that port area.
The street noise was excessive at NIGHT. I suggest bringing earplugs.

the hotel offers free Wi-Fi access throughout the building, which i found convenient. there is a 24-hour front DESK, so assistance is always available. i saw luggage storage who need it, it is very helpful.

The staff at reception was very friendly. (I liked their recommendations.)
The room was quite small, and there wasn't much of a view. The window faced neighboring buildings, reducing privacy and blocking natural light. The constant noise from the street below also made it difficult to relax, particularly at night.
