i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. i also appreciated the luggage storage. it was convenient for storing our bags after checking out, but before our flight. the location near plaça catalunya really helped with transportation and access to many shops and places to eat.
it sometimes caused a small delay when going up or down.

the breakfast offered a good selection.
The air conditioning was a major issue. They initially refused to turn it on because it was "too early in the year", i found this to be ridiculous. The room was uncomfortably hot upon arrival. This policy, i won't consider staying here again.

The location was amazing, just steps from main attractions. I easily walked everywhere. the luggage lockers after checkout were so convenient and spacious, giving me peace of mind. i especially liked the water and hot drinks provided, a lovely touch. it felt special.
The sound isolation wasn't great. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms, a little disruptive.

The staff seemed friendly and helpful. They always smiled. special mention goes to the reception, they handled everything efficiently. their warm welcome and assistance really stood out.
