great locationno hot waterincorrect information
the location was great. it was near major attractions (especially the sagrada familia!), and that aspect met my expectations.
I had some issues . the hot water wasn't working one morning, inconvenient. the reception staff also gave me incorrect information about metro travel. Made getting around more difficult, and i didn't appreciate that.

Amazing location, super experience!

I only stayed a single night, but it was very nice. Our room was on the seventh floor and included a great balcony. The staff was very friendly. The location, oh my, what a location! It is super close to the Sagrada Familia and also to the metro station.
Our room was missing a duvet. There also werent enough towels. We had to ask for more, and it took a while before they arrived.

Breakfast was delicious with several selections that are different. Many guests enjoyed the pastries. There was fresh juice. The breakfast area was always well-stocked and clean.

The Double Room was really spacious for the three of us. We found a crib already there upon arrival. The room overlooked a quiet courtyard. The room received daily cleaning. That Double Room was nice.

The hotel is only two blocks away from Sagrada Familia. Many restaurants surround this hotel. Plenty of shopping options are available here. The location is very convenient. Wow, what an area!

I liked how close this place was to everything. The location was excellent for visiting the main attractions. They also helped with a taxi, very nice.
My room was small and the air conditioning sounded loud. The hotel charged me for leaving my luggage after checkout. I was so surprised by this.

The location is fantastic, so close to everything!!! i could walk to the sagrada familia and lots of restaurants. the staff was really helpful. Serena at reception was a star. i really appreciated the proximity to key attractions and the assistance i received.
one morning, there was no hot water available. it was quite inconvenient. i hope they fix it!!!

the location impressed me. i was able to walk to the familia sagrada in about five minutes. i found a useful mini fridge in the room, what a nice detail. also, i could store my luggage in lockers for a fee after checkout, it worked well.
i find the walls are thin. i heard my neighbors conversations. it made relaxation difficult.
