The location is very convenient. The staff was excellent. They were attentive. Breakfast offered sufficient options, and the hot food varied each day. I stored luggage, and appreciated the available free hot drinks.
The thermostat did not regulate the room temperature properly! I found it hard to get comfortable because of this issue.

The room included a mini-fridge that kept our beverages cold, and a microwave, useful for heating snacks. I found the blackout curtains effective at blocking outside light, and the in-room safe provided peace of mind for securing valuables. There were ample power outlets near the desk.

The staff was friendly and helpful . The room was clean, and I got free water. Tea and coffee are available free too. The front desk greetings was friendly and cute.
My room was too hot even with AC set low. The window open didn't help because of street noise from Flatbush Avenue. The price was very expensive because of the weekend. The caffeinated black tea was missing.
