really good stay
healthy options central location
this traditional korean-style place offered a unique cultural feel. the included breakfast was a great start to the day with many healthy options. i also appreciated the central location, close to subway lines and cultural sites. the staff allowed me to store my luggage safely before my flight.
the room walls felt a little thin. i could hear noise from other guests at times. this made it difficult to fall asleep sometimes.

the hotel is conveniently close to the anguk subway station and bukchon hanok village. it is within easy walking distance to many local attractions and offers great access to public transportation. the surrounding neighborhood provides a peaceful atmosphere.

the room had comfortable bedding. it was also very clean (i noticed the attention to detail). the hanok-style design added to the atmosphere of my stay. it really enhanced the experience of being in the country.

helpful staff beautiful garden traditional layout
The front desk staff, Bryan Kim, was helpful, assisting with luggage storage for early check-in and out. he also gave directions to the airport transfer bus stop, that was so helpful. i loved that he mentioned the free breakfast and laundry amenities are available . i also adore the hotel's garden and traditional layout. It really feels like a traditional home.
my room was small for the price, and insadong seemed quiet, not as lively as i remembered. the quiet was nice, but it made me self-conscious about making any noise. i was worried about disturbing other guests with even a cough or chew.

All staff members are very friendly. They provide great assistance. the staff speaks english fluently, and they're always happy to help. i like that they answer questions with patience and a smile.

the breakfast buffet includes delicious options and the cook prepares it in front of you. also, free coffee and tea are available all day long. i am so grateful for the tasty breakfast everyday.

the location is very convenient because its near a bus stop, convenience stores, and restaurants. i like that many tourist attractions are within walking distance. it made getting around very easy

good location easy access nearby bakeries thin walls loud guests late showers
the location worked well. it was good for seeing historic sites. i found some bakeries nearby. access to other areas was easy because the metro station was close.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear a lot of noise from other guests. some people showered late at night. this made it hard for me to sleep well.
