The location worked very well for dotonbori exploration. It was near shopping areas and restaurants. public transport connections included a direct train to nara. the staff were friendly and very professional.
The air conditioning unit repeatedly turned off on its own. I had to reset it every couple of hours. it made sleeping difficult during the summer heat. overall air circulation was poor.

The location was acceptable near Dotonbori. A 7-Eleven store was conveniently located next to the entrance.
The air conditioning was ineffective. It did not cool the room adequately. I received a fan to supplement the cooling, suggesting a known issue. The noise insulation was poor. I heard sirens and motorcycles throughout the night.

the location was acceptable as it was close to shin sai bashi-suji.
The air conditioning was very weak. I am not sure if it even worked. the walls were not soundproof at all. There was a lot of noise throughout the night from sirens and motorbikes. the coin washing machine was also dirty and did not clean clothes properly so i had to wash them again.

The location was good, near many shopping streets and a train station. There is also an airport limousine to and from kansai airport just opposite the place at donto plaza, which makes everything easier.
I found the room to be too hot. There was no thermostat to control the temperature in the room, so i could not cool it off, not ideal at all.

the location is very good for the dotonbori area. the train station is about a 15 minute walk. the room and bathroom are normal for hotels.
the breakfast wasnt very good, there was a poor selection of food. the bed was a smaller size. i thought it was supposed to be a queen bed.
