check-in was simple and efficient. the staff at the reception desk were friendly and available. the location was central, close to many tourist attractions. the room included tea and coffee making facilities.
the walls were thin, i heard noise from adjacent rooms. the air conditioning was not effective, so the room was too warm. parking was difficult because there was no on-site parking.

The location is fantastic. I found it very easy to walk to the main attractions and various restaurants. the staff was helpful and always available (even late at night). the breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries. my room was cleaned daily and i especially liked that they provided fresh towels each time.
The walls seemed thin. I could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms.

the location was very good. it was easy to reach the historic center. the staff were also friendly and accommodating. they upgraded our room, a nice bonus.
there was noise. the walls seemed thin and i could hear conversations in other rooms. breakfast had some variety, but organization could improve. replacing food items was slow.

I found the staff quite friendly and helpful. The location is very central. The room had a nice terrace. I appreciated this bonus .
My room had some issues regarding noise. I could hear neighbors through the walls. Breakfast refills were slow at times. I also had a view of a wall from my window.
