central location friendly staff
the location is central. Walking was easy to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Breakfast had sufficient variety with cold and hot options. Coffee was good and staff was nice.
the parking is not directly at the hotel. It requires a walk of around 500 meters. The cost is not covered by the hotel.

the reception staff WERE very friendly. They helped me find solutions when i had an issue. I felt very supported by them . I was grateful for their assistance.

super central spot!
clean room comfortable bed central location
I found the room very comfy and tidy. Even the sheets smelled lovely! the hotel's central location meant everything was within walking distance. I could easily explore the city's attractions. friendly staff contributed to a nice and positive experience.
Noise from the street was noticeable. It sometimes disrupted sleep with loud bin collections at 2am, and groups of people were chatting at all hours.

The hotel includes a mini bar in each room. It allowed me to keep a few essential items cool and readily accessible. tea and coffee making facilities are available too! that meant i could enjoy a hot drink anytime.

My fabulous large room featured a terrace. It provided ample space to unwind. the king-size bed was comfortable and offered plenty of room to stretch out for a restful sleep. bathroom amenities included shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, and body lotion.

Breakfast offered a very good spread. I noticed it had something for everyone, even soya and lacto-free milk. herbal teas were available too, this was a nice touch! the breakfast options cater to various dietary preferences.

The staff consistently showed a pleasant and helpful attitude. They greeted me with smiles and warm welcomes. one staff member remembered me from previous stays. It definitely. beatrice stood out with her really good attentiveness.

The location is great. The hotel is within walking distance of almost everything! i found that the central market is just five minutes away by foot. the train station is around 20 minutes away on foot, also regional bus station is around 10/15 minutes.

check-in was simple and efficient. the staff at the reception desk were friendly and available. the location was central, close to many tourist attractions. the room included tea and coffee making facilities.
the walls were thin, i heard noise from adjacent rooms. the air conditioning was not effective, so the room was too warm. parking was difficult because there was no on-site parking.

The location is fantastic. I found it very easy to walk to the main attractions and various restaurants. the staff was helpful and always available (even late at night). the breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries. my room was cleaned daily and i especially liked that they provided fresh towels each time.
The walls seemed thin. I could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms.

good location friendly staff room upgrade thin walls slow replacing breakfast organisation
the location was very good. it was easy to reach the historic center. the staff were also friendly and accommodating. they upgraded our room, a nice bonus.
there was noise. the walls seemed thin and i could hear conversations in other rooms. breakfast had some variety, but organization could improve. replacing food items was slow.

I found the staff quite friendly and helpful. The location is very central. The room had a nice terrace. I appreciated this bonus .
My room had some issues regarding noise. I could hear neighbors through the walls. Breakfast refills were slow at times. I also had a view of a wall from my window.
