fitted sheetsgreat coffee
the twin beds had fitted bottom sheets and the other bedding matched. the bar attached made great coffee and croissants, and it opened early at 0700. the tourist office and a large shopping street were very accessible.
i think a staff area was above my room, and the noise was loud. furniture moving around woke me up multiple times each night

The location was pretty good. I could walk to a lot of places. it was acceptable.
i had some issues with the room cleaning. the room was not completely cleaned. it was they only wiped with a mop and maybe hairs could transfer that way. the beds were small too.

i liked the hotel location. it was near to places i wanted to visit. the staff was very friendly and helped me check in. i found the room was clean and quiet , i did expect less.
the room service was limited during certain hours. it would have been BETTER to have it available longer.

The room was clean. it was an ample size. the location proved very convenient. The train station was nearby. the center of town was also just a block away. i would certainly stay again.
i noticed a slight issue, sound carried a bit from the hallways at times.

I think the cleaning wasn't great! the towels seemed old. also. the noise from the staff area above my room was very loud at night. I was woken up several times by what sounded like furniture moving around. this really impacted my stay there.

admirable stay near the city center

The location is great. It sits just across the street from the city center. I found the area had plenty of restaurants. some quality morning coffee spots. The hotel sits a few blocks from the main market and also within walking distance to the beach and marina.
The front desk clerk stayed on the phone for over twenty minutes. He never acknowledged us, then he checked us in while on a second call.

The bar on the ground floor offers simple breakfast alternatives. This bar does not have a buffet. The cafeteria serves a delicious breakfast. Alejandro and his brother Andres run the cafeteria.

The hotel is easily accessible from the airport using the metro. The metro station sits only a few minutes' walk away. Several buses to excursions depart nearby. These trips include Granada and Gibraltar.

The reception staff was helpful. The front desk attendant was very nice. Javier, Victor, and Elena were super friendly. The staff allowed us to leave our luggage. We could shower after we returned and got fresh towels.
