the location was acceptable. most attractions were within walking distance.
carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was difficult. the pub downstairs played loud music until late. this made sleep difficult and created a disturbance.

the room was super clean, i mean super clean! it had everything i could want, even comfy linen. tracey was a star, she. plus, the location is great for exploring the city!
the music downstairs, it made sleep a little difficult. it would be great if the rooms had better soundproofing!

the room was massive with a modern shower i found the breakfast tasty and the bar cosy prices seemed affordable i also received a nice voucher it was easy to locate and close to many attractions
wifi signal was deficient i found the tv didn't work

the location IS great. it sits close to cavern quarter and city center sights. staff were helpful with a later arrival. my room was quiet even with the pub downstairs.
it was tough to carry my bags up the stairs.

The room was quite spacious. The beds felt comfortable to me. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location also suited my needs.
There were several flights of stairs to my room. I did not see any mention of this beforehand. I had issues regulating the water temperature in the shower. The wi-fi also did not work.
