The staff were so friendly and helpful. It. the location was great, near restaurants, bars, and the beach! the pool area was well maintained and very clean, a perfect spot to relax after a day out though the balcony was small.
I paid extra for air conditioning. it was really needed as the room got very humid. you could only get towels changed after the third day too. No one changed anything on the fourth day of my stay.

The reception staff offered quick assistance with luggage storage and late check-out requests. They seemed genuinely invested in guest satisfaction. daily housekeeping ensured rooms were nothing messy. I did appreciate that service.

The bar served a variety of cocktails and local wines, and the prices were very reasonable. That was a nice surprise. breakfast included fresh pastries, fruits, and a selection of cold cuts.

The hotel location is excellent and close to transport links, including buses directly outside. A taxi rank is just a short two-minute walk away, very convenient. The pool area is nice.

The hotel staff were very friendly and always asked how we were . They make an effort to be approachable and accommodating. This makes the overall experience more personal. Check-in was smooth. Staff answered all questions quickly.

the hotel was clean and staff was friendly enough i guess.
the lack of air conditioning was a real problem for me i felt i was paying too much for a portable unit. also, the noise at night coming from main road kept me awake it was very irritating.

I found the staff accommodating. nothing seemed too much trouble for them. They were always ready to assist. the pool area was a perfect sun trap, awesome for great tanning sessions. i thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas from the new pizza oven. They were yummy!!!
the lack of air conditioning in the rooms was a slight drawback, making the nights a bit humid.

the staff displayed great friendliness i found the pool area consistently quiet with ample loungers available each morning. my room was very very comfy and tidy. i found a new pizza oven had been installed and the pizzas tasted yummy.
the room lacked a kettle or fridge which would have improved the experience slightly
