this hotel really is a jewel! the staff were great. they ensured i had everything i needed for a romantic and relaxing stay. breakfast was AMAZING!!! it set the perfect tone for our days together.
the room was slightly noisy as i could hear sounds from the corridor.

The noise level at night was unbearable (and I'm no light sleeper!). I could hear everything happening at the bar downstairs until 3 AM. The room lacked a proper wardrobe. I had to hang my clothes on the door.

the staff was very friendly and helpful . my room was newly renovated with fresh linens and a super clean bathroom. daily housekeeping was provided which was a great bonus. i found the bus stop to palma just a short walk away, very convenient for getting around.
