The design of the hotel was good.
The customer service was disappointing after I left some items in my room! The hotel staff didn't check with the cleaning team on the day I reported the lost items. I was informed my items were not in the room, so frustrating.

The reception and staff were lovely. The room size was great, and the facilities were nice. We were able to leave our bags there since we arrived early.
The bed was probably the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. It was a small single. The decor felt very 1980s. The gap under the hotel room door let hallway light into the room all night. When I asked to change rooms after a bad night, I was just told no.

The pool area was acceptable. It had sufficient loungers.
I found the breakfast disappointing. The cooked eggs were ice cold and the yolks were green. it was not worth the money, and the staff seemed stressed.

the inner garden provided a beautiful space for relaxation. i found the koi carp pond especially calming, surrounded by huge palm trees. the overall atmosphere was relaxing. the food prices seemed reasonable.

i was disappointed by the noise level in my room. the soundproofing was inadequate, and i could hear conversations and other noises from neighboring rooms. additionally, the air conditioning unit was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep comfortably..

I really loved the authentic, vintage feel of the whole place! The bathroom was luminous and spacious, I found that so nice. I especially appreciated the great pool outside, I got plenty of sun there in the afternoon!
I was a bit disappointed that they didn't replenish the shampoo and soap !

The pool receives sun in the afternoon, so nice! I also loved that it is adult only. The fitness room is located in the lower floors. The hotel has beautiful big trees and palms in the garden.

I really liked the clean pool. It was not heated. Restaurant staff were very nice! Beds were comfy, and the location was quiet. The hotel is a little further out than expected, but we walked back from the center twice. It felt safe.
