friendly stafftasty chicken
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had dinner at the bar and tried the Balmoral Chicken, a chicken breast filled with haggis and wrapped in bacon, it was really tasty.. the peppercorn sauce made it even better. The bar was spacious, offering many beers and whiskies.
The room was not very big.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i was doing a long cycle trip, and this hotel was right on my route. overnight storage for my bike was safe and secure. my evening meal and breakfast were really nice.
The shower flow was a little poor. Otherwise, everything was great.

The food at the bar was lovely and plentiful. I enjoyed having a smart TV in the room. It was a comfortable addition. The staff sorted out a mix-up regarding my dog quickly. Breakfast was very nice, and they even brought out a sausage for him, I loved it!
I think the hotel needs some updating to match the prices. The shower wasn't great at all, unfortunately. This is my only issue .
