the room was recently decorated and looked clean. breakfast was really good, and the staff members were always available to help. i received a free upgrade to a beautiful room and the staff were friendly.
I found several essential items missing. For example, i received coffee sachets without milk or cups, so i drank black coffee from a glass.

the hotel features an easy access to the town center via public transport with a bus stop just a few minutes away by walking. the area is rather quiet, and there is a good selection of cafes and restaurants nearby.

there were a few minor issues . i had to ask for assistance to resolve them. her responsiveness and sense of service are commendable, but i would have preferred not to have problems initially. her assistance was invaluable!
