The location was perfect. it's so close to everything! the receptionist was very knowledgeable and gave me a map. he showed me all the important spots. What a bonus! i really liked that i could leave my bags at reception after checking out. this let me enjoy my final day without dragging luggage around. such a great help!
the room was very small, there was barely space to open my suitcase. i did not like it.

The staff at check-in helped a lot. They were so lovely. They gave direction about local attractions and the area. I found the location near museums and tram stops a plus. The online self-check-in was super handy. The keyless entry worked perfectly. I didn't realize at first what they were sending me, between flights and everything.
The stairs were pretty steep, so getting suitcases up them was a challenge. Bathroom was also strange.

I noticed a common room exists, and it has a fridge to store items. You can also use it to heat foods and drinks if you want.

Staff members were friendly when interacting with guests at the reception. One staff member was knowledgeable about local historical events. The night shift guy was very helpful indeed.
