charming canal-side stay
helpful staffgreat locationcomfortable bedsteep staircase
the staff was helpful and friendly. i enjoyed the location near several restaurants and attractions. my room had a large corner window with a fabulous canal view. i found the bed and pillows nice and neat.
the staircase was narrow and steep making it a little challenging to carry luggage.

nearby cafés include ponte arcari across the canal. café kramer is a couple of blocks away down the canal. it offers a quieter place for coffee or a drink offering a relaxed setting.

the staff stored luggage before our flight and assisted with carrying it. they offered help without needing to be asked always ready. the concierge was wonderfully helpful with our needs.

the rooms have original structures with beams and brick. the bathroom was spacious, clean and sophisticated offering a modern feel. my room had an nespresso coffee machine available.

the location was acceptable, very close to many restaurants.
The room was not what i expected. The shower was open air, so the humidity was excessively high after showering. The bathroom was also very small.
