a good stay i won't forget!
friendly staffquick serviceearly delivery
i found the staff very helpful and friendly! they were a real credit to the place and so professional. the location was fantastic, especially being so close to everything. i also appreciated the quick bar service, even on busy nights!!!
i found the noise from beer cask deliveries early in the morning quite disruptive. these deliveries started before 7 am right outside the annexe. it made getting a good night's sleep difficult, not ideal.

the staff demonstrated excellent hospitality, always ready to assist and offering quick assistance. they were attentive and ensured every guest felt welcome and valued, with prompt responses and genuine smiles. this contributed positively to the overall experience.

the pub had a great atmosphere and a very inviting setting for dinner and drinks. there was a selection of beverages and food items available, satisfying my appetite. the quality of the food and drink was superb!!!

the location was acceptable.
the room was excessively hot , and i was unable to adjust the heating, this resulted in me having to sleep in just my underwear with the window open during the whole night.

the location was acceptable because it had a pub atmosphere.
i was very disappointed with my room because it did not match the advertisement. the room size was significantly smaller than advertised, and there was an 'old man' smell. the walls were also dirty, and the carpet was badly stained.

thin wallsquestionable stains
the room got quite warm, even with the window open. i could clearly hear the person next door using the toilet, which wasn't ideal. also, the sheets had some questionable stains that i'd rather not think about too much.
