easy access attentive service
the location offered very easy access to all transportation. kunga and coleen provided attentive service, which really brightened my mornings. sidy at the front desk was always ready to help, and was really good.
the wifi signal proved a little weak sometimes. this became an issue, as i needed a steady connection. however, this issue did not significantly impact my otherwise great visit.

The staff was friendly and provided helpful service. I found the refillable water bottle to be a nice touch, encouraging environmental consciousness. There were comfortable chairs and tables in the reception area. Free tea and coffee were available, a welcome addition for a quick refreshment.
I noticed some noise occasionally from adjacent rooms. I could sometimes hear indistinct conversations.

The location near the train station was ACCEPTABLE.
The room was NOT clean upon arrival. I had to request new sheets. The shower drain was clogged, and the water began to accumulate quickly. The wifi was also unreliable. It did not work at all .

metro stops breakfast selection friendly staff
the location proved quite convenient with numerous metro stops close by enabling access to various sites the air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable . the breakfast selection offered a satisfying variety ensuring i started each day well the staff members were always helpful and friendly. i greatly appreciated their readiness to assist with any inquiries.
the wifi signal in my room seemed somewhat unreliable which occasionally made it difficult to maintain a stable internet connection

friendly staff great location
The staff were very friendly (especially the reception team). The hotel provides coffee and tea in the lobby, available 24 hours. The location is great for accessing the Metro. The breakfast had a great variety, and staff always replenished it well.
The lift is quite small. It required some patience when traveling with luggage.
