acceptable locationdirty carpetnon-functional air conditioning
the location was acceptable since it was close to many restaurants.
i encountered a very frustrating problem. the air conditioning did not work, and the staff just suggested that i open the window instead.. this was not a solution at all. also, i found the carpets in the hallways were stained and dirty, a real turn-off.
