I was thrilled with the prime location right by the Duomo! I walked everywhere and loved the convenience. The staff helped me with directions and restaurant recommendations, they were super friendly! the complimentary coffee machine in the lobby until 11 AM gave me the perfect jumpstart to my mornings.
The walls are a bit thin, I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

I found the front desk easy to contact using email (they were very responsive). i was able to check in early. This was quite useful for me. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially regarding local information.
the noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable (i could hear conversations). soundproofing would improve the stay.

the location was great. everything i wanted to see was easily accessible.
The room was smaller than expected and quite dark, despite being clean. the noise from the street was constant and made it difficult to sleep. I could hear everything. also, the self check-in process after hours was a hassle since the internet connection was spotty.
