I LOVED the central location. I found the helpful and friendly staff really good. Breakfast offered a very wide choice of food. Secure parking provided EXCELLENT peace of mind. We really had a GREAT time here.
Sadly, I noticed that the streetworks outside caused shaking and noise early morning. NO apologies were offered, quite disappointing. It was very difficult to sleep WELL.

the room was comfortable and quiet. i found the breakfast to be good with a nice selection of items (especially cheeses). the hotel has free parking in the back (it is secure and private). i could walk through the back garden to get to the hotel.
the wifi was not good. i had trouble working from my laptop and streaming shows.

the hotel is near the main station and the main square. i walked only a few minutes to reach krakow main station and about ten minutes to the main square (convenient for exploring the city).

the location is near the center and many attractions. the presence of parking was very helpful. the room was quite large and had a fridge and all the things needed for coffee or tea. i enjoyed the excellent candy.

i adored the vintage decor it felt quite special. the room was comfortable and everything functioned properly. there was also a charming balcony to enjoy.
the pictures online did not accurately represent the rooms i saw peeling wallpaper. there was a distinct smell of old that was difficult to eliminate. the beds were not comfortable i experienced back pain for two days.
