The limousine was perfect. It picked us up at the airport. That was so nice after the long trip. All the staff is friendly. Breakfast had a lot of variety. The location is near to everywhere. It is also close to the main square. Good bars is near.
The towels lacked quality. I did feel a complete absence of a parking. The walls isn't soundproof. All sound came inside. The receptionist lacked kindness.

I found the location excellent, a quick two minute walk to Plac Nowy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and it was a comfortable space. The bed had comfy features including two duvets and a big pillow.

My room was spacious and very clean with modern decor. The bathroom had a powerful shower, which i found refreshing. I was pleased to find a kettle in the room for making hot beverages.

The breakfast offered a good variety.
My arrival was not the best because of the receptionist's unfriendly attitude. She seemed bothered and barely spoke. I felt unwelcome, and the lack of warmth was disappointing! It made a poor first impression.
