rail link city exploration helpful staff
the hotel is close to the rail link to the airport (very handy for early departures). the location allows exploration of the entire city. the staff offered assistance when needed.
the lobby near the lifts had a noticeable smell.

Solid Krakow Stay
convenient location generous assortment comfortable bed
I found the location quite convenient for accessing the main square and various transport options. Breakfast included a generous assortment of choices. I especially appreciated the variety. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable for a restful sleep.
I did notice the room still used a traditional key instead of a card. The bathroom could benefit from some updates. I found the shower quite small.

clean room breakfast options
I found the room very super clean and cozy. The breakfast included many options. I had easy access to restaurants and bars.
I noticed a smell in the lobby near the lifts. It disappeared as soon as I used the lift. This was slightly unpleasant upon arrival.

cute staff great breakfast easy access noisy room loud fridge thin curtains
The staff was totally cute. Breakfast was great! I didn't spend much time in the room. The location has easy access to many restaurants and bars! I would defo stay again.
The room was very noisy because it faced the main street! The whole building vibrated when a tram went past. It happened often! The fridge in the room was also too loud and the curtains were thin. It didn't cover the window!
