clean room quiet floor great sleep
Room was very clean and equipped well. The fourth floor was quiet. I had a great night's sleep each night. Breakfast was adequate and offered choice in a nice, clean environment.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, they stored luggage for me on my departure day. I had an evening flight and they booked a taxi. Staff were helpful and friendly.

unpleasant scent cold room
the room had an unpleasant scent all the time. It was winter and I found out they did not turn on the heat. the room became quite cold each night. I asked about this and I was told that it was not cold enough to turn the heat on. it was not a comfortable experience

Perfect Location and Excellent Service
ideal location new towels friendly staff
The location was ideal. It was very clean, and new towels arrived every day. The bedroom was quite spacious and well equipped. I appreciated the friendly staff, who were helpful with pre-arrival email arrangements for taxis and trips.
I found it a bit inconvenient that there was no restaurant in the hotel. I wouldn't want anyone else to think there are such services available.

My double room had good space. It included complimentary tea , coffee , and water , which I found very useful. The power shower worked well with water that was always hot.

underwhelming stay
missing remote stuffy room
the breakfast had a decent selection of continental foods it was very tasty.
the air conditioning remote was missing i asked the receptionist about it she said it was taken because it was "winter". the room became very stuffy at night we had to keep the window open.
