Room was very clean and equipped well. The fourth floor was quiet. I had a great night's sleep each night. Breakfast was adequate and offered choice in a nice, clean environment.

unpleasant scentcold room
the room had an unpleasant scent all the time. It was winter and I found out they did not turn on the heat. the room became quite cold each night. I asked about this and I was told that it was not cold enough to turn the heat on. it was not a comfortable experience

The location was ideal. It was very clean, and new towels arrived every day. The bedroom was quite spacious and well equipped. I appreciated the friendly staff, who were helpful with pre-arrival email arrangements for taxis and trips.
I found it a bit inconvenient that there was no restaurant in the hotel. I wouldn't want anyone else to think there are such services available.

the breakfast had a decent selection of continental foods it was very tasty.
the air conditioning remote was missing i asked the receptionist about it she said it was taken because it was "winter". the room became very stuffy at night we had to keep the window open.
