i found the hotel impeccably clean the staff were very helpful and quick to respond to requests i also appreciated the modern interior design and facilities available i must mention the easy access to cabs right on the main road. the proximity to the grand mosque was convenient it allowed for quick and easy access.
i noticed the water drainage in the shower area wasn't optimal this caused some minor inconvenience after each shower. however, it was a very slight issue and didn't affect my overall positive experience.

i experienced the breakfast service it was very clean and luxurious the buffet offered many options however, improvements with fresh warm items could be beneficial to make the meals more varied and improve customer satisfaction. this would improve the dining experience.

the hotel provides good facilities for travellers i was impressed with the modern interior of the hotel also, the rooms have comfortable beds and necessary amenities however, a minibar fridge in the room would provide much greater convenience for storing drinks and personal items.

the hotel boasts a great location as it is a short walk from the haram the walk to king fahad gate took only about 10 minutes from the hotel entrance. the hotel's location on the main road facilitated smooth travel thanks to easy access to transportation.
