the old sash windows did little to keep out the cold i had to stuff loo roll in the window gaps to try and stop the draft there was also no mirror for dressing which was just fantastic

the staffs was excellent i thought. nothing was too much trouble for them. the room and bathroom was very clean, that's important to me.
the heater wasn't on in my room, so the room was constantly cold. there where no hairdryer in the room despite it being advertised. the host had a baby upon check in, not so good for me.

The parking was easy directly in front of the building. The room provided tea and coffee making facilities. My room was clean and tidy upon arrival. The bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet. I slept well.
The room did not have a hairdryer even though it was advertised as having one.

The reception staff offered a helpful, cooperative attitude. The hosts were very good too. Staff cleaned and tidied rooms with attentiveness to housekeeping (they were awesome!).

The hotel is a ten-minute walk from Clydebank train station. Bus stops are also a short walk away from the building. It is easy to get to the city center via a direct bus line, a short distance from the hotel.

There is no food offered at the hotel. This was not a problem for me. The location allowed me to find alternative dining options. This worked well given my schedule.

The shower in my room worked great (I found it very refreshing). Clean towels were provided every day. The entrance and hallway was immaculate. The bathroom sparkled!
