the location was ideal, quite near the subway station! it made travel simple. the complimentary breakfast included vegan options and various cereals, i thought that was very attentive.
The tv had no aerial connection. It was a real shame i couldn't watch tv .

Detailed instructions for entry and parking were supplied before arrival. This gave me confidence. fresh towels were supplied when i extended my stay. I thought that was considerate. the communication from the staff was excellent, answering any queries promptly.

The front gate was covered in graffiti, not a cute sight. I found the hotel felt insecure. The codes for the lock box and the room seemed too easy to guess. This made me a bit uneasy about leaving valuables in the room. The toilet seat in my room didn't fit properly either. It wobbled and wasn't stable.

The location was good. It was close to where i needed to be.
The state of the room really bothered me. Cigarette burns marked the desk. i also noticed cobwebs and dust throughout the room. i found the garden view resembled a dump. Definitely not pretty.

the room had a good shower , with consistently hot water. the subway station was close ,about a block away. the ride to central areas was short, only ten minutes. an all day ticket cost less than 4 pounds.
the hotel lacked a hairdryer in the room.
