i was happy with my stay. the room had all the things i needed. the host was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for shops and transport. the breakfast was perfect, i would come back. richard also extended our parking, it was appreciated.
there was very little space to walk around in the room.

The breakfast menu offered several choices. Richard (he is very friendly) cooked our selections fresh. The location proved ideal. It was a short walk to various attractions and restaurants. The room also had good space for luggage.
The noise from the upper floor was bothersome at night. Footsteps often woke me. (I stayed in the 'Small Double Room Private Bathroom'.)
