location is TOPS!
helpful staff city center
I stayed one night. The staff were kind. They answered all my questions. My room was clean. It definitely suited my needs. I found the proximity to the city center very convenient for theaters and shops.
I didn't appreciate the attitude of the person at the reception, who made me pay a cash deposit even though i booked through bookings dot com. he seemed to think that i was a hooligan even though i am over 60.

The room provided basic amenities, including a drinks station, VERY helpful. An additional heater was available for extra warmth. I was pleased to have these conveniences at my fingertips.

The hotel's location is superb, near Argyle Street low level. St Enoch underground station is also nearby. This offered great access to many parts of the city.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted with baggage before check-in. The hotel's location is very convenient. Its central situation made it easy to get around.
The cleanliness of the toilet was not up to par. I found it dirty on arrival. The price also seemed excessive for what was offered. It felt overpriced.
