great locationshort walktv remoteuninterested staff
the location was great. it was a short walk to the cathedral , and i could easily reach the red tour bus stop. also , the station to the airport was only a 10-minute walk away .
the tv remote did not work well , and this was quite annoying. i asked the reception staff about it , but they did not fix it or seem interested.

I enjoyed the central location. It put me right in the heart of everything. the staff were helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations. the breakfast buffet was plentiful with delicious options, including fresh fruit and pastries. the speedy wifi was a huge plus for planning my days and staying connected.

My room included a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. It was refreshing. the bathroom featured a powerful shower with great water pressure. fresh towels were provided daily and were wonderfully soft!!!

The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items. It was a feast. the coffee machine made excellent cappuccinos and lattes. staff kept everything well-stocked and clean. They were awesome.

the hotel is situated right in the city center near museums and restaurants. the train station is a short walk. this made exploring the area easy!!! nearby shopping areas are also convenient. public transportation options abound.

The hotel offers free wifi throughout the building. It was fast and reliable. the reception area is spacious and well kept. i found the 24-hour front desk helpful for any questions. It was so great.

The location was quite good, near the city center.
The bathroom had urine stains on the seat! There were also no toiletries beyond hand soap and shampoo. The breakfast for vegetarians was disappointing. Utensils were cross-contaminated with those used for meat.
