The staff were very NICE. They helped me find my way around the hotel when i didn't understand the map they GAVE. The apartment was spacious, equipped with everything necessary. A children's playground exists near the building and the beach is close.
the bathroom didn't have a fan, and it's a SLIGHT problem.

The apartment had a washing machine, a dishwasher, and coffee machine. Paper towels, washing up liquid and a starter pack, complete with tea and coffee, WERE provided. A filtered water tap saved plastic waste and proved very useful.

the rooms provide a drive towards sustainability with recycling bins i found universal sockets useful throughout the apartment. a supermarket onsite offered convenience for quick needs. i appreciated having a filtered water tap it avoided buying bottled water. the rooftop deck was a relaxing area.
my two-bedroom apartment had limited natural light the terrace remained shaded in the evening which affected my morning sunlight.

breakfasts were a good start to the day onsite even though i dined elsewhere for dinner i did appreciate the convenient option. the onsite supermarket stocked a variety of goods. it offered convenience for essential needs.

every staff member showed helpfulness and a friendly attitude i sent a whatsapp message for a baby high chair and it arrived promptly. dani entertained the kids with activities including a weekly movie by the pool. concierge service contributed to a comfortable experience.

The apartment had a great size. The balcony provided a decent space with a table, six chairs and two loungers. I found the lounge nice and big with a dining table and decent sized bedrooms that have plenty of wardrobes.
I found the first apartment offered unsatisfactory. It was in a separate building across the road from the complex. Access required going through a locked gate. I thought the apartment was small and dark, located on the edge of the road, it featured bars on all windows.

Our apartment was well-equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine (very helpful for longer stays). The staff was friendly from check-in to daily cleaning. I appreciated the tap providing filtered water. This reduced our need to buy bottled water. The resort's efforts to be environmentally conscious were very clear.
