the location exceeded my expectations! the large shopping center with a grocery store made it easy to stock the kitchen as needed. the staff was excellent and very helpful. i especially liked that i could easily walk to a large park that leads to the ocean.
The website mentioned a restaurant. it was not open. this was a little disappointing as it would have been nice to have that option available, especially for a quick meal.

the staff was always ready to solve any questions we had, it was so convenient. they were very friendly and eager to assist, always making us feel welcome. the reception team was very efficient and helpful.

the staff were amazing, genuinely kind people. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the breakfast was tasty with a wide range of options available!!!
The indoor pool opened too late. I prefer an early morning swim. there were no pool towels available, not even for hire. apartment doors did not self-close. Families left them to slam.

the staff was helpful and friendly. the room was well-serviced (i liked that). the hotel's proximity to shops made getting groceries easy, and i appreciated the parking options.
The pool opening hours were not ideal for exploring outside the hotel. It opened quite late and closed early. it made it difficult to fully enjoy the pool facilities. i wish there was more flexibility with the schedule.
