the hotel has it own shop. it also provides a shuttle bus to soho square. i liked this service so much.
the air conditioning in are room wasn't working good. they not provide a heater for us. i did feel discomfort of cold temperature.

I found the hotel's location next to the dive base very convenient. It perfectly suited my needs. the staff was friendly. the breakfast provided was adequate. my room was clean and quite comfy. i appreciated a space that catered well to divers like me.
the hotel could benefit from minor updates in some areas.

the front desk provided assistance with directions and information regarding local attractions. staff at the restaurant ensured prompt and courteous service during mealtimes. communication was clear. i did not notice any language barriers.

the hotel is directly beside the dive base, this allows for quick access. the pool area has ample seating and umbrellas for shade. a shuttle service for the beach runs on time, that's good to know.

my double room provided a super clean and cozy space, i felt well catered. the air conditioning worked well. the daily replenishment of 500ml water bottles was a welcome addition. the bed was really quite comfy.

mixed feelings about my stay
shoddy decordirty bath
the bathroom wasn't great. it had shoddy decor and sealant everywhere. the bath was dirty. the food wasn't excellent too. lunch was outside with flies all over it.

friendly stafffantastic hostrude receptionist
the staff were friendly. the animation team provided so much energy and fun to the atmosphere! costa was a fantastic host. he brought fresh fruit to our room.
I arrived late. i was given a dirty room. It had leaking air conditioning. and the wifi did not connect. the receptionist at that time was rude. i argued. this was fixed the next morning though with a better room.

the food selection offered a variety of choices. chefs prepared dishes well. the canteen staff was helpful ensuring guests found something to their liking and maintained a clean environment around the buffet. it's all really fresh.

the hotel's location is very accessible! it is close to local markets, so shopping for souvenirs is easy. the hotel offers transport to the beach. taxis pass by frequently, so getting around town is super convenient. it's all ideal!

The reception staff were professional, attending to requests promptly. housekeeping cleaned rooms daily, if requested. the staff always did an excellent job. costa brought fresh fruit to rooms and also. We loved the gesture

a mixed experience overall

The bathroom cleanliness was a real issue. it seemed like the decor was done hastily, with sealant smeared everywhere. there was mold and limescale in the bath, and the shower curtain had a yellow tint. I didn't like getting in there. also, the staff were often moody and unhelpful. I asked about the gym, was directed to a building site, and when i inquired again, the staff just laughed and ignored me.
