the hotel was clean , and my room was cleaned well daily. the staff were helpful when i needed to book a taxi at the entrance. the animation team kept things fun with activities, and kareem was always ready to assist. i appreciated the entertainment and relaxing atmosphere.
the internet access was somewhat unreliable at times.

the staff was attentive. They promptly addressed any request i had. my room was always clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job. the animation team was full of energy. They organized many activities throughout the day (i especially enjoyed the water aerobics). i also used the shuttle to go to the beach and visit the city center.
The selection of drinks at the bar was a bit limited. I would have liked more variety.
