The bedroom had tea making supplies and good tv reception! i found it very easy to navigate. extra milk and tea were downstairs to use. How cool is that!?!

musty blankets small heater
the room was tidy with coffee and tea facilities.
The room was really basic. the small electric heater wasn't enough to properly heat the room. extra blankets from the wardrobe smelled musty and old. I felt really uneasy even with my husband.

totally awesome stay!
great location useful fridge available tea
the location rocks , it is super close to town and the train station , made getting around easy! my room had a fridge , that was so handy for keeping drinks cold and snacks fresh. i also really appreciated the tea and coffee , it gave me that extra energy boost i needed for exploring.
the twin room was on the smaller side , especially with two people , it could feel a bit cramped. lighter bedding would be awesome , especially during warmer nights , to ensure a totally comfy sleep.

The manager was polite and provided clear explanations of all available facilities. I found the hotel clean and well kept upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable, contributing to a restful night. The hotel's proximity to attractions enhanced my experience.
The parking situation could be improved. I had reserved and paid for a parking space, though I did not find one available upon arrival, though the staff was helpful in resolving it.

pleasant manager comfortable bed
the manager greeted us with a pleasant attitude. he explained the facilities clearly. the hotel was very clean and presentable (i liked how organized everything was). the bed was comfortable.
