The staff was friendly and helpful. They were available even during very late night arrivals and early morning departures. The general manager and his team were present and caring when needed , this ensures a supportive environment.

the bed caused back pain for me. bed sheets had stains (i found that really off-putting). the cleaner just refolded used towels instead of replacing them.
