My room had necessary toiletries. The air conditioning worked effectively, welcome. Bottled water was provided, and staff were helpful. I appreciated the ramp access in the reception area, aiding mobility.

the front desk staff were consistently helpful and professional. the elevator access was particularly useful for luggage transport. the location was convenient, placing me within easy reach of local attractions. i found the breakfast selection varied and the food quality was satisfactory.

i noticed some minor wear and tear on the bathroom fixtures.

the location was convenient. i found the staff friendly and professional. the included breakfast in the morning had good choices.

the coffee in the room was expired i found. the bathroom door had cement on it. it looked out of place. the ac was turned on, but it didn't cool anything.

the RECEPTIONIST, Emre, was helpful. he went out of his way to assist me ANYWAY possible i needed. i ALSO appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. the BATHROOMS were super clean.

my BED felt too hard. i KEPT rolling to the side. it Reminded me of i was going to fall out.

the turkish breakfast variety was acceptable.

the bed caused back pain for me. bed sheets had stains (i found that really off-putting). the cleaner just refolded used towels instead of replacing them.

the staff were helpful they assisted with my luggage upon arrival the breakfast had a good selection of cheeses and olives i found it satisfying

the soundproofing was not great i heard conversations from other rooms the air conditioner made noise it woke me up sometimes
