I enjoyed my visit VERY much. The breakfast had a good variety of food, including delicious omelets and fresh grilled vegetables. The staff were friendly, some even spoke Russian, helpful. The location allowed easy access to city center activities and public transport like buses and trams.
The family room I stayed in felt quite small, with older linens and towels. Sleeping on the linen and using towels caused me considerable trouble. The balconies faced emergency stairs, impacting the view from the room.

The television was FAR from the bed. The internet on the fourth floor was HORRIBLE. I had to spend lots of money on mobile data. Breakfast was VERY repetitive with few choices.

I enjoyed my time at this hotel. The staff members were always friendly and ready to help. I appreciated the breakfast. There was a good selection of food. The location was superb, close to many local attractions. I loved the complimentary Turkish coffee offered each morning.
The air conditioning in my room was not as strong as I would have liked it to be. I found it difficult to cool the room down quickly, especially during the warmer parts of the day.

I found the facilities and staff to be really nice. i could conveniently walk to everything i explored in town. ahmet created a warm atmosphere when we arrived. I thank him for making it feel safe. also, the housekeeping's origami swans made with towels were a very unexpected touch!

The room i had lacked proper cleaning. I found dust bunnies and some kind of insect. the towels had stains. furthermore, the spa area did not smell fresh, and the equipment looked poorly maintained. i expect better for the price i paid.

The location was fantastic, very close to everything. the staff in the kitchen and at the reception were very helpful. the cleaning staff were very helpful as well. I found this very appreciable.
The family room was not good. It was actually two rooms with a door in between. the size was tiny. I found the linen and towels old. i had a great trouble sleeping on that linen and using towels.
